How long do sessions usually last? And when and how do I pay?

Sessions are booked for 50 Minutes and should be pre-booked to secure your appointment,  payment is taken via BACS or on the online booking platform https://www.sumupbookings.com/teale-therapy.

Is what I discuss  confidential? 

Yes everything is confidential between us both, brief notes are kept securely away, I may share information with a supervisor to help ensure you get the best support, however you will remain anonymous and they are also bound by the same code of ethics and GDPR.
