Catherine is a qualified integrative creative supervisor, dedicated to supporting the counselling, mental health, and support work fields. Catherine started her core training working with vulnerable adults living in a mental health and disability rehabilitation centre. She understands the complexities of working with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, borderline personality (BPD), PTSD, CPTSD, Trauma, neurodiversity, addiction, depression, and anxiety. Catherine has worked with CYP since 2023 in her private practice offering a range of age appropriate and developmental tools. Catherine has a successful private practice providing in person, video and telephone sessions.

Her aim is to empower clients, build confidence, and create space for even the most difficult conversations and questions to be explored.
